Your consultant will sign you in on the platform and you will receive a Welcome email address with your login credentials. To sign in, you need your Email Address and your password which you will find on your Welcome email. When login to your account, you need to specify if you are a Company Candidate or an Individual Candidate; you will find this information on your Welcome Email on “Your Login Credentials”.

Please check your Junk Email and other folders in case the email has been placed outside your invoice. Make sure to set your settings so you can receive our emails on your inbox. If you can’t find our Welcome email in any of your email folders, check with your consultant that they have signed you in with the correct email address.

To access our online training, you need to be able to access internet connection. We recommend that you are connected to WIFI so you can save on data. You might not be able to access our website with certain mobile phones as some devices don’t support our system (A device that runs on Android version 8 or below and internet explorer). If you are having problems logging in and launching our training from your mobile device, please use laptop or a desk computer.

For you to complete our modules, you need to answer 2 quizes. After you have finished the final quiz, you will see your course as Completed.

Please ask you consultant if you need a copy of your Certificates and they will inform you what you need to do.

This will depend on the type of course and the leaner. Each course can take from 30 minutes to 1:30 minutes.

When you have logged in and started the course, you will have some slides to go through to get familiar with the course. Once you have gone through all slides, you must click end. Thereafter you must go to ( Take Quiz). Once you have finished the Quiz, you have then completed the course.

If you have been set up through an agency, your certificate might go directly to them. However, If you purchased the credit/ training directly, certificates are generated automatically and emailed across to you.

We do not mention a pass or failure, it is a normal percentage. Your organization can decide whether the percentage is correct or not. If necessary, We can complete all the course quizzes from new.
